I came across these photos on my external hard drive and realized that I'd never shared them and had intended to!
They're not the best, but for a mid week post I figured why not?
Landon and I went to this little road side antique/vintage shop on the way home from this mini road trip and I ended up going home with an awesome old Coca Cola crate and some old keys.
Though do you see the blue china? Yea I almost bought that.
But I'm glad I didn't cause I like the set I ended up getting a lot more!
Looking around places like this has always been one of my favorite things to do though. Even if I don't end up buying anything. It's neat to look at old things and wonder what their stories are and what the people who used to own them were like.

I looove vintage shops! Even Andrew likes them if we go somewhere with a lot of old stuff (like Class and Trash!)

ReplyDeleteI love looking at them too! Where I live there is mostly vintage furniture shops, which is just as great because looking at furniture, old or new, is one of my hobbies! Love the coca cola crate!

Both about 45 minutes from here and WAY worth a day trip. Covesville is towards C-ville excellent prices, loads of 'littles' and has an amazing pizza joint near by. Everything Vintage is owned by Jason and Jennifer who know Wallace WELL. They have an entire room of vintage clothing and I told Jennifer about your photography and street style and blog and she is totally into you having a photo shoot there. Try them both sometime and enjoy!
oh i could buy all this stuff! i think my style has changed a little bit because all of this seems like a dream to have in my house when like just 2 years ago i wouldn't have even touched it. funny how that stuff happens. but this is all really cute!
